## Description

On Behalf of The Kent County Council \(the Contracting Authority\), the Capital Projects Department are looking to procure a main contractor to provide Design & Build Construction services from RIBA Stage 5 to RIBA Stage 7\.\\r \\r The services are required for:\\r \\r - Completion of the Design & Development of Construction Details based upon the existing RIBA 4 Design Documents \(to be issued as part of the ITT\)\.\\r \\r - Construction Services to implement works as designed & approved\.
