## Description

Secure support services to deliver Project through the following: 1\) RIBA Stage 2 Concept Design \(Refresh\); 2\) RIBA Stage 3 Design; 3\) RIBA Stage 4 Design; 4\) Procurement and Cost activities to support the RIBA stages; 5\) Generate QinetiQ Offer\(s\) for RIBA Stage 5 Construction delivery\. Shelter to be reconfigured to enable the facility to support additional equipment for current and future requirements\. Refine the RIBA Stage 2 Design through to RIBA Stages 3 & 4, with associated costs, by Q3 2025, to enable construction work to commence in Q4 2025 for on-site delivery by Q3 2026\.
