Charnwood Local Plan Viability Assessment

Charnwood Borough Council are seeking Quotations from suitably experienced consultants to undertake a viability assessment of the Charnwood Local Plan. Local plans need to be soundly based on viability assessment so that the plan's policies are realistic, and that the total cumulative cost of all relevant policies will not undermine deliverability. Charnwood Borough Council is working towards preparing a Pre-Submission Draft Plan for publication in the Autumn of 2020. The requirement is for two stages of work: firstly to assess emerging policies of the Local Plan, and secondly, a whole plan viability assessment of the Pre Submission Draft Local Plan. The last date for request of documents is the 3rd July 2020, with quotations to be returned by 12 Noon on the 17th July 2020.
