Provision of supported accommodation for young people aged 16 - 25

Description

Accommodation Based Support Service for vulnerable young people aged 16 - 25 Vulnerable young people who are homeless or who are leaving care need somewhere safe and suitable to live to support their transition to adulthood and independence. Good housing and support which encompasses emotional wellbeing and independent life skills helps to ensure that this transition is effective and promotes positive outcomes in other areas of life. To support this objective the Council are looking to commission a Provider to deliver a supported accommodation service for vulnerable young people (inc. care leavers) aged 16 - 25.
