Cefas requires the successful Tenderer to develop and organise contests to help raise awareness about marine litter\. Aimed at young artists, early academics and small start-up or medium enterprises the event will be an opportunity to showcase ideas on how to tackle marine litter issues and identify solutions for Belize and the wider Caribbean region\.
