Development of a Tier 2 Lifestyle Weight Management Programme for Children

We are seeking to commission a Provider to work closely with Healthy Cornwall and Public Health to lead the development and pilot delivery of a new evidence-informed tier 2 lifestyle weight management programme for children aged 5-12 years old in Cornwall. It is envisaged that this work will be carried out by the Provider across three stages: community engagement, programme development and pilot delivery. The programme resulting from this commission will form the basis of our new tier 2 healthy weight offer to children and families and will form a key component of the local healthy weight care pathway.
