## Description

The London Borough of Lewisham is seeking a suitably skilled and qualified Contractor to deliver ongoing kitchen maintenance \(both planned & reactive\) to a variety of school types in the London Borough of Lewisham\. This includes but is not limited to the following areas: Maintenance of: - Catering equipment on both a reactive & planned basis - Kitchen fabric \(mechanical & electrical works, floors, ceilings, walls, doors, etc\.\) on both a reactive & planned basis - Statutory compliance testing: - Gas Safety Tests - Portable Appliances - Duct Cleaning - Gas Testing The Contract will be issued for a period of two years and four months with the option to extend for up to two years at the Council's discretion
