We are looking to appoint two finance support services companies to provide financial advice and support for the Launchpad Futures team and for businesses supported by the Launchpad Futures Programme under the Shared Prosperity Fund Route 2 principles. Falmouth University has identified that its financial support services requirements fall under 12 main categories and covers expertise and advice throughout its life cycle and to support business growth. Interested bidders must be able to provide all of the below elements as part of their service. 1 R&D tax credits and innovation 2 Structuring for growth 3 Investment readiness 4 Audit and compliance 5 Corporate tax planning 6 Financial due diligence BID writing and investment writing 7 Corporate Finance and Deals 8 Business restructuring 9 Making Tax Digital 10 Tax Planning and Compliance 11 Business restructuring 12 Overseas/International growth
