3173_19 HIV Self-Sampling Service (Public Health England)

Public Health England is seeking to establish a national framework agreement with a single provider for an online HIV self-sampling service. The framework is mainly for online access by individual service users in areas where the service is commissioned; however the service also includes the supply of self-sampling kits ordered in bulk offline and optional additional syphilis testing, both of which are expected to be comparatively smallvolumes. The service is intended for use by PHE and English local authorities but the NHS Commissioning Board; any local authority in England; any clinical commissioning group, NHS Trust or NHS Foundation Trust in England will also be eligible users. The expected framework period is 1.4.19 to 31.3.22, with the option to extend up to 12 further months.
