Recruitment - Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Requirement is for an on line Recruitment Application Processing System (ATS).

The current provider hosts our web pages which appear on our WBC intranet/website as seamless links. All our vacancies are advertised on the branded jobs section of the WBC website and also appear on an external jobs board The system processes all the online applications with West Berkshire Council branding. HR and Recruiting Managers have access to view all the advertised vacancies and applications. Interview options should include fixed times/dates as well as enabling applicants to select from a range of pre-populated slots. The software provider also gives telephone/email support to applicants on technical issues using the site.
