Modification of LED Lighting, Fixtures and Fittings - Supply and Install _Y19018

Modification Notice Original description: Framework Agreement (the Agreement) for LED lighting, fixtures and fittings - supply and install. The Framework Agreement is divided into three separate lots: Lot 1: Supply of LED Lighting and associated equipment, Lot 2: Installation of LED Lighting and associated equipment, Lot 3: Supply and Installation of LED Lighting and associated equipment, including the provision of end to end project specification and management Description of the modifications 12 month extension of existing agreement Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances: In accordance with the terms of the original Agreement - Y19018 the Authority is extending the original agreement by a period of 12 months in order to allow the appropriate work to be carried out such that a new agreement can be finalised taking into account the changes in the supply market . The extension will allow public bodies to procure the goods/servicservices provided under this Agreement in compliance with PCR2015
