The development of resources to support councils and councillors across the UK to help them manage their online space, with regards to addressing intimidation, digital citizenship, online safety and security and the spread of mis or dis-information\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\.
