M and E Consultancy Services for Paradise Depot New Build Scheme The Tender is to provide mechanical and electrical engineering consultancy services for Dacorum Borough Council's 'New Build Programme at Paradise Depot, Hemel Hempstead' to RIBA Stage 3\.
