*** THIS IS AN AWARD NOTICE, NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION *** UK Research and Innovation had a requirement for the provision for a Talend - Data Management and Catalogue Renewal . This procurement has been concluded via a competitive quotation (below threshold). A value only contract variation 001 was carried out on 28th June 2024 - to extend the value Call-Off Contract, with effect from 28th June 2024. This Call-Off Contract will expire on 25th June 2027. The new total value of this Call-Off Contract will be £1,483,772.10 excluding VAT. This variation was carried under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 - 72, 1, b, ii. A value only contract variation 002 was carried out on 22nd October 2025 - to extend the value Call-Off Contract, with effect from 22nd October 2025. This Call-Off Contract will expire on 25th June 2027. The new total value of this Call-Off Contract will be £1,492,911.42 excluding VAT. This variation was carried under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 - 72, 1, b, ii.
