\*\*\* THIS IS AN AWARD NOTICE, NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION \*\*\* UK Research and Innovation had a requirement for the provision for a Talend - Data Management and Catalogue Renewal \. This procurement has been concluded via a competitive quotation \(below threshold\)\. A value only contract variation 001 was carried out on 28th June 2024 - to extend the value Call-Off Contract, with effect from 28th June 2024\. This Call-Off Contract will expire on 25th June 2027\. The new total value of this Call-Off Contract will be £1,483,772\.10 excluding VAT\. This variation was carried under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 - 72, 1, b, ii\. A value only contract variation 002 was carried out on 22nd October 2025 - to extend the value Call-Off Contract, with effect from 22nd October 2025\. This Call-Off Contract will expire on 25th June 2027\. The new total value of this Call-Off Contract will be £1,492,911\.42 excluding VAT\. This variation was carried under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 - 72, 1, b, ii\.
