Specialised Health & Safety Training and Other Services

CITB wishes to procure the services of a specialist provider to deliver training at our National Construction College campuses, CITB locations and other sites across the UK for:-

• Drug and Alcohol Awareness Training to both our learners and our employees • De-escalation Training (with and without breakaway techniques) • Drug testing Training • Control and Restraint Techniques Training

This training will be aimed at CITB managers, employees and contractors and in excess of 500 apprentices who begin training each year across our college sites. This includes the offer to our learners of a follow-up service for counselling should there be a need. The service should also include advice and guidance on Policy for Drug and Alcohol Misuse.

This would be for an initial period of 1 year, with the option to extend for a further 12 month period.
