## Description

Leicestershire County Council \("the Council"\) invites your Quotation for the delivery of a Strategic Environmental Assessment as part of a review and update of the Leicestershire Highway Design Guide\. The proposed Contract will be for approximately 8 months\. The proposed Contract will commence on 1st February 2024 for 8 months ending on the 31st October 2024\. The Council's detailed requirements are defined in the Specification \(Section 3 of the RFQ document\)\.
