Arts Connect Data Analyst

The contract has been awarded with the following tasks being carried out:

• Develop a methodology for capturing and analysing appropriate quantitative data to establish a baseline position and to be updated to measure progress against key indicators. The methodology needs to enable comparison across different areas.

• A format or model through which the data and the analysis of the data can be shared with our partners in the cultural, education, health and public sectors.

• The model needs to create profiles for each local authority area in the West Midlands region. Initially in priority areas of the region where we are establishing CEPs such as Herefordshire, Wolverhampton, Telford, Tamworth, Stoke, Coventry and Birmingham and to extend this to all Local Authority areas.

• To include and analyse the data that we have on Arts Award http://www.artsaward.org.uk/ moderations and the take up of Artsmark www.artsmark.org.uk across the region

• To support Arts Connect in sharing, disseminating, publishing and promoting the findings to CEPs and beyond
