## Description

We are a proud provider of retirement living with over 1,500 homes\. We offer a combination of traditional sheltered housing schemes with communal living spaces and independent sheltered homes\. Earlier this year we developed our vision for Retirement Living housing to enable us to refocus the services and homes we offer to our older tenants\. The needs and wants of our customer base are changing and we want to embrace this change to meet the needs of our current and future older tenants\. It is not just about a home but a lifestyle\. Under our Quality homes strand, we are finding the communal lounge spaces are underutilised with little community interaction\. When you enter a great retirement scheme you should feel the 'heartbeat of the community' and we don't feel this in some of our schemes\. Over the years our approach for cyclical decorating and refreshing interiors has taken a mixed approach which has led to a range of different interiors in our schemes\. We are ready for a change in approach\.
