BCT Programme Management A454 Phase 3

City of Wolverhampton Council on behalf of Black Country Transport, require Project Management support for the A454 Phase 3. To include Review the work to date and reset the programme to take the scheme forward to the next statutory / funding and business case stages. Support the creation of a dedicated Project Team. Provide technical support and advice to inform decision making on whether the scheme should be included in the funding programmes. Utilising Midland Highway Alliance PSP4 Lot 2 Framework
