## Description

Highways England is looking to appoint a technical specialist company to provide services to assist the Department's Nominee \[DN\] in the execution of their duties in respect of the M25 DBFO \(PFI\) Contract\. These services will focus primarily on providing contractual compliance checks and advice as well as providing a contract-level commercial management services\.
