## Description

The Council of the Borough of Kirklees \(the "Council"\) wishes to establish a programme of services with a maximum of up to two \(2\) suitable Delivery Providers for tutor led non-accredited community-based maths courses specifically designed for speakers of other languages \(ESOL\), aimed at Kirklees Residents over 18 years of age\. This is a stand-alone contract which was called-off via a further competition process form the Adult Learning EMP \(KMCAS-164\) Category 2\. The contract will run from 1st October 2024 to 31st July 2025\. The contract value is £130,000 and there is no option to extend\.
