Tender for Phase 5 HRA New Build Sites for Newark and Sherwood District Council

The Council wishes to invite tenders for the supply of works in respect of HRA Phase 5 new build sites. The works will involve new build works on infill sites ranging from 1 new build dwelling, up to 8 new build dwellings on a single site. The sites are spread throughout the Councils District. The project has approximately 18 construction sites to be delivered simultaneously. The sites have been subdivided into cluster locations. No single bidder will be awarded more than 2 clusters of sites.\r \r The aims of this contract are to deliver all the new build properties identified within the Clients Requirements Document within a 12 month period.
