## Description

This procurement was undertaken as a mini-competition, as detailed in Regulation 33 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 \#102\. The procurement exercise was led by Knowsley Housing Trust for itself and on behalf of the other members of the First Ark Group\. KHT sought bids to provide the supply and maintenance of approximately 104 commercial vehicles under Lot 1 - Contract Hire to replace the vehicles currently used by the in-house maintenance team\. The contract hire period will be 4 years\.
