CWC24124 - BCT A456 Dudley OBC

City of Wolverhampton Council on behalf of Black Country Transport (BCT) is looking to appoint a suitable organisation to undertake work for the Outline Business Case (OBC) for the A456 corridor. The A456 has been identified by Dudley MBC as a corridor that warrants investment. The A456 sits in the borough of Dudley, close to the border of Birmingham and Worcestershire. It is also close to the M5 Junction 3 near Quinton.
