City of Wolverhampton Council on behalf of Black Country Transport \(BCT\) is looking to appoint a suitable organisation to undertake work for the Outline Business Case \(OBC\) for the A456 corridor\. The A456 has been identified by Dudley MBC as a corridor that warrants investment\. The A456 sits in the borough of Dudley, close to the border of Birmingham and Worcestershire\.
