Rating Consultancy Services

Description

Synchronicity Care Limited (SCL) require provision of a Rating Consultancy Service. SCL are awarding a contract to Knapman Roocroft Limited via call-off without competition through NHS Shared Business Services (SBS) Framework SBS10166 Hard Facilities Management 2 - Lot 7.2 Rating Support Services (Expiry Date: 11 October 2026) for a period of 36 months (with the option to extend for a further 1 x 12 months). SCL will pay the following percentage rates: A fee of 5.00% of rates savings arising from the Compiled List assessment and a fee of 10.00% of rates savings arising from a Material Change of Circumstances.
