17-054 Refuse Sacks

Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council has undertaken this Procurement exercise to put into place a new replacement framework agreement for Refuse Sacks. The annual spend is estimated to be £30,000 per annum however this is not guaranteed. The contract will be awarded initially for a period of 12 months, with the option to extend at the sole discretion of RMBC for a further three 12 month periods, each on a year by year basis. The intention is to award to a sole supplier, however if one supplier cannot meet the council's requirements then it will be awarded to additional participant(s).
