Work description
The project concerns work described in a Wellcome Trust Investigator Award which requires the differentiation and functional assessment of macrophages from iPSC carrying mutations of clonal haematopoiesis including TET2 frameshift, DNMT3A R882 and BRAF V600E. Funding in the application is available for a research partner to supply these reagents.
