Work description
This is a contract award notice for legal services.
The Legal Services to be provided by the Supplier shall cover the following areas:
i. Contract Expiry and Transition: support with the expiry and transition of the IWMS Contract. Contract Expiry and Transition consist of: Expiry Assessment and Expiry Process;
ii. Future Services Delivery: support with the procurement of new services to be in place following expiry of the IWMS Contract. Future Services Delivery consists of: Outline Business Case; Procurement Contract Documents Development; Procurement Stage;
iii. Full Business Case;
iv. Risk register; and
v. Meetings.
