## Description

The scope of the work involves: • To Block 2 Roof 1: Strip back existing flat roof covering to timber decking\. Reinforce existing decking with primed ply board decking\. Install 2 layer flat roof system with underlay and cap sheet\. Existing kitchen plant to be removed and reinstated\. Remove existing ACM roof deck to Roof 1 boiler house\. • To Block 2 Roof 2: Strip back existing flat roof covering to existing decking\. Reinforce existing deck with primed ply deck\. Install 3 layered high performance flat roof system with new VCL, insulation, underlay and cap sheet\.
