HAF Call-Off's 2024 / 2025

Description

As described in the original framework documentation, framework providers will be invited to submit their specific proposals once a year. Please complete this form and the attached pricing schedule in order to be considered for Call-Off contacts for the holiday periods for 2024/25. The dates for the delivery of the HAF programme for 2024/25 are: Easter: 8th - 12th April 2024 (inclusive) Summer: 29th July - 23rd August 2024 (Monday to Friday only; these dates are inclusive.) Winter: 23rd and 30th December 2024 and 2nd and 3rd January 2025 Should you run holiday clubs outside of these dates then they will be for paid-for places only, not HAF funded. Please note that there will be no payment made to you for HAF activity outside of these dates. In addition, please note that HAF places can only be funded for 4 sessions per week, per child. Please note that HAF funded sessions are not to be delivered on Bank Holidays and Weekends.
