Procurement for advisors to work closely with the Williams Rail Review Team and other consultants and stakeholders to provide strategic financial and commercial advice to the Williams Rail Review on a variety of commercial issues relevant to its Terms of Reference\. This will include developing, considering and assessing the Williams Rail Review's proposals and ideas, with a focus on commercial and financial deliverability throughout the scope\.
