Contract 55 Responsive Repairs - Electronic Security 2019-2021

The Authority is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced Providers to enter into a framework agreement (Framework) for the delivery of its Electronic Security - Responsive Repairs (the Works) to assist with the delivery of the Authority's responsive repairs plan. The Framework arrangement will consist of an initial term of 1 years, plus 1. ) The Tender documents are available for unrestricted and full direct access, free of charge, at: https://procontract.due-north.com after expressing an interest in the opportunity.The deadline for the submission of Tenders is before 12:00 noon on 30th August 2019. Tender responses must be submitted electronically via: https://procontract.due-north.com Additional information: The initial contract is for twelve months with an option to extend for a further twelve months after which renewals will be undertaken in accordance with the Authority's contract Standing Orders. The vales is based on the full duration of the Contract should it be extended using the last 12 months historical information. There is no guarantee of orders or works by the Authority for this Contract.
