National Framework Agreement for the Provision of Workforce Transformation Solutions

Update December 2024: This notice is being published to extend the duration of the framework agreement only. All other aspects of the Contract Award Notice (reference 2021/S 055-140253) published in March 2021 remain the same. This framework agreement will be extended for an initial period of 12 months, with the option to extend for a further 12 months. This will give a total possible extension of 12 months. A further notice will be published if the optional further 12 month extension is taken. ======================================================= The proposed framework will provide Clients with a range of tools and solutions to deliver measurable improvements in all areas of workforce management. The successful Supplier will act as partner to support and facilitate a workforce transformation journey. For many Clients, this transformation journey will start with a focus on temporary workforce spend; controlling agency usage, developing stronger staff banks, facilitating collaboration and providing access to actionable workforce intelligence. The journey will then progress through a range of tools and solutions to help clients to optimise and transform their workforce.
