Provision of a Media Monitoring and Database System

Lee Valley Regional Park Authority (hereinafter "the Authority") is seeking to appoint a supplier that can provide an online, fully integrated system that comprises of a comprehensive media database, press release distribution function, media monitoring service and press coverage analysis capabilities.

The online system is required by the Communications team to support their day to day operation in media relations and in planning campaigns, managing the Authority's reputation and evaluating the success of campaigns and events through accessing and analysing media coverage as well as reducing administration time and effort.
