## Description

The Open University \(OU\) is tendering for a Data Management Platform to be delivered as a Software as a Service \(Saas\)/cloud based solution, including support and maintenance\. The platform must be capable of delivering the following core competencies: Data Quality, Data Governance, Metadata and Master Data and must be delivered as a single integrated environment\. The solution may scaled up and be rolled out further across the OU subject successful implementation\. The contract is for an initial period of 3 years and may be extended by the OU for further periods up to a maximum of 10 years in total at its discretion\.
