AFC - Agency Staffing Project (MSTAR 3)

Achieving for Children (AFC) is looking to appoint a supplier of temporary staff to support vacancies in delivery of Council's functions through a Direct Award call off from the Eastern Shires Purchasing Organisation (ESPO) Managed Service for Temporary Agency Resource 3 (MSTAR3) Framework Agreement launched in December 2019.\r \r The AFC aims to bring greater flexibility through emerging technology within the temporary resourcing market such as talent pools and is expected to deliver considerable cost savings and efficiencies.\r \r The AFC requires great focus on the social value offer from this contract focusing on increased employability and connecting with local charities and social enterprises.
