Work description
The contract is for the provision of a Custom Made Insoles (orthotic) service for new and existing patients of Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. The objective of the products shall be to-
- Improve and aid mobility of patients - Reduce back pain and knee tension - Improve posture of the patient
A 3 years contract with option to extend by two periods of 12 months (5 years max duration)
