## Description

This contract has already been awarded and is being published for transparency purposes\. A competitive process was facilitated using the arts consultancy UP Projects to find an artist to design a National Windrush Monument which will be located in Waterloo station\. This contract was awarded on the 1st December 2021 however the contract period is from the 7th October 2021 to account for work as already done by the artist prior to contract signature
