HCC - 09/20 - Framework Agreement for the Supply of Educational Desking and Seating - AWARD

Herts FullStop (HFS) (the trading arm of Hertfordshire County Council) is the Contracting Authority, acting on behalf of the Participant, Hampshire County Council, is leading on the procurement process to establish a Framework Agreement for the supply of educational desking & seating; seeking suitably qualified Contractor(s) to supply the Goods under any Agreement resulting from this tendering exercise.

You are invited to submit your tender for these Goods.

This new framework for Educational Desking & Seating will be split into the following lots -

- Educational Desking (Lot 1) - Educational Seating (Lot 2) - The Essential Range of Desking (Lot 3) - The Essential Range of Seating (Lot 4) - The Essential Range of Seating (Lot 5) - Educational Room Packs (Lot 6) - Mobile Folding Tables (Lot 7)

The anticipated total annual joint expenditure across the Participating Authorities on these Goods across all Lots is presently circa ?1.3m per annum, however the estimated annual range for all Customers and all Lots is between ?1,000,000 and ?4,000,000.. The estimated annual spend by each Participating Authority can be broken down as follows:

Hampshire County Council - ?450,000 Hertfordshire County Council - ?850,000
