Strategic Review of Residences Portfolio (up to RIBA Stage 2) - Civil and Structural Engineering

Description

The University of Southampton has a requirement for a Consultant to provide civil and structural engineering duties in accordance with the provisions laid out in RIBA Plan of Works (2020) Stage 2 in relation to the University's student residential portfolio. The Consultant's duties under this contract will include establishing the scope of the structural work and civil engineering up to RIBA stage 2 and ensuring that design is properly coordinated with other team members. This contract is being awarded as a direct award under the NHS Shared Business Services Healthcare Planning Construction Consultancy and Ancillary Services Framework (SBS10190) Lot 3 - Civil and Structural Engineering
