660 - Local Plan Viability Assessment

Description

Wigan Council is seeking to commission consultants to undertake a Viability Assessment in support of the emerging Wigan Borough Local Plan.\r \r In accordance with national planning policy and guidance, the commission will need to assess and examine if the cumulative impact of the policy requirements and contributions sought by the draft Wigan Borough Local Plan are consistent with national planning policy and national guidance on viability, as set out in the relevant Planning Practice Guidance.
