Supply of customer feedback platform

Flagship Group invites you to submit Tender for the provision of a real time platform for the collection, analysis and presentation of customer feedback to track Flagship Group's customer journey and interactions across multiple touchpoints along with an annual NPS relationship survey. Flagship Group would be looking for a solution to be in place by 1st March 2019 for one year plus optional three extension periods of one year each at Flagship Group discretion.
