WP3407A - Coaching Services - AWARD

We are looking to commission accredited/credible coaches who are experienced in working with top tier levels of local authority teams, plus significant others. We have a cohort consisting of 8 or 9 individuals.

The format:

The coaching package will include an introductory session for each individual at which issues and needs are identified and aligned to organisational and directorate plans.

There would then follow six coaching sessions, per individual, lasting between 90 and 120 minutes, spaced to suit individuals, unlimited telephone and email support between sessions and finally an evaluation of success against goals.
