## Description

The NERARS Agreement will help universities and colleges stand out from the crowd when it comes to recruiting staff \(please note these Frameworks are for HR recruitment only\)\. The agreement covers advertisement creation and production, type setting and copywriting, media buying, art direction, brand management and where required full creative services for new advertising campaigns\. In addition to these traditional recruitment products and services, NERARS also offers innovative service options for candidate generation, employer branding, websites and micro-sites, digital creative services and increasingly popular social media services\.
