Revised SLaMT2016-037 Norbury Ward Refurbishment

Description

The Trust are looking for a Supplier to carry out the refurbishment of the Norbury Ward, in River House - which is a medium secure unit under the definition of the HMPS. The works consist of decorating the ward throughout, demolishing and remodelling and existing seclusion rooms into a fit for purpose unit to enhance the security and safety of both patients and staff, refurbish and remodel the staff areas and improve the means of escape for staff in emergencies, and mechanical and electrical alteration in the general ward and new installation to the seclusion suite and staff areas.
