Home Group is seeking to appoint Providers to deliver its Grounds Maintenance and Cleaning Services in the South areas for its General needs, Supported and some Leasehold customers\. The Contact will be divided into the following 10 Lots; 5 Lots for Cleaning and 5 lots for Grounds Maintenance\. Each Lot will cover the same geographical region and all tenure types: Communal Cleaning Services • Lot 1 - Midlands • Lot 2 - East • Lot 3 - London & South East • Lot 4 - South • Lot 5 - South West Grounds Maintenance Services • Lot 1 - Midlands • Lot 2 - East • Lot 3 - London & South East • Lot 4 - South • Lot 5 - South West It is expected TUPE will apply to this contract\.
