Blashford Estate - Main Works Contractor

The London Borough of Camden ('the Council') is seeking to award a contract for recladding works to the Blashford tower block, together with associated works to the envelope of the building including full window replacement, renewal of flat roofs, installation of a building maintenance unit, cladding the stair core to the building and replacement of brickwork to the underground level including vents and louvers. The project will comprise of the replacement of the previous cladding system, which has been removed, the curtain walling, associated remedial work and making good, and window replacement throughout. The total façade area is approximately 4,000m2 . PCSA Duration: 32 weeks + 5 days Construction Duration: 70 - 80 weeks (to be agreed)
