Work description
Torbay & South Devon NHS Foundation Trust are inviting tender submissions for the supply of a service delivering support to Carers of Torbay adults with a learning disability. This includes delegated authority from the Local Authority under the Care Act 2014 to undertake Carers' Assessments.
